Therefore as a part of the “continual weight loss plan”, add some form of physical activity to it. You do not need to enroll in a gym if it is not convenient to you!! Any form of activity that will burn your calories is fine. It could be taking a walk in your garden, or mowing your lawn, or even parking your car as far away from the gate of the supermarket and then walking it up! Stop taking elevators and use the stairs instead. When possible, go for short treks; take your pet for a stroll.
Look at the tasks that you do daily and then identify which of these could be done differently so that you can increase action that will reduce your body mass.

Remember, the Right follow-through on a well balanced nutritional diet, physical activity and your will power will ensure you maintain the right weight!
