A baby girl named Fan Sijia weighs 45 kilograms and measures 107 centimeters high though she is only two years old. Fan was born in January 2008 in Dongniu Village of Yuncheng City, north China\’s Shanxi Province. Fan’s family has found in vain many ways to lose her weight because they are afraid that the serious problem in health may prevent her development. The kid is able to communicate with people and take care of herself. At present, the obesity epidemic spreading among children have a great impact on the health of China\’s citizens and economy.
