Many believe that eating excess calories leads to obesity. Also people believe that they will loose weight if they cut back on their daily calorie intake.

The truth about “serious” weight loss may never be achieved by using the starvation diet method. You should stick to giving your body the right types of calories at the correct times every day. Your body is like an engine, and it needs 3 types of calories such as protein, fat, and carbohydrates as a part of its fuel source.
